This season has been a whirlwind. With several crashes to countless races and endless memories, it’s taught me more than I could have imagined.
This season I raced over 45 times, including:
🇺🇸 Raced Santa Barbara Road Race and finished with a 4th place, with teammates in the 1st & 2nd spots.
🇺🇸 Raced Tour of The Gila with an awesome group of Rio Grande guys and cane away 8th overall.
🇺🇸 Raced Pro U19 Nationals – had an equipment issue in the Time-Trial that alowed me down, but a solid performance guiding my teammate to a top 10 in the criterium.
🇺🇸 Raced Tour of America’s Dairylands (TOAD) and came away with great results & even better memories.
🇮🇪 Took on the Junior Tour of Ireland, where I learned so much about myself and the European racing scene.
🎯 Competed at Junior Track Nationals. This was a tough one, as I crashed on Day 1, but still learned plenty and had the chance to support Avery Cavner through an incredible week of podiums and a national title in the team sprint.
Back home in Colorado, I jumped into a few local races and unfortunately wrapped up the season with another crash (just road rash for me, but my bike wasn’t as lucky 😅)
Through it all, I’m still learning to embrace the ups and downs with a positive mindset. Next year, I’m coming back stronger 💪 and I’m grateful for all the good moments and even grateful for the bad ones this year, as they are all learning opportunities.
A huge thank you to my competitors, my supporters, especially my parents, and my amazing girlfriend 🤍. I couldn’t do this without all of you!
There’s some exciting opportunities on the horizon, but, for now, I’ll focus on the off-season!!😝💪
